Premium delivery is complimentary to every Van Cleef & Arpels online order and depending on the final order destination this may include expedited delivery.
Returns and exchanges are offered for online orders within 30 days from the delivery date, creations may be returned in one of the Maison's eligible boutiques.

Please note that customized, engraved, or damaged creations are not eligible for return. Following the receipt of your return, the Maison conducts a quality check. You will receive follow-up information throughout this process and can expect to receive your funds within 14 days.
Special return information for the 2024 holiday season:
The Maison is delighted to offer extended returns and exchanges for the holiday season. Orders placed from November 15th to December 23rd can be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the delivery date. Kindly note, engraved or damaged creations are not eligible for returns.
