Kindly note the Maison accepts online returns via mail or in a boutique. Online orders and phone orders placed through Client Relations Centers are eligible for a refund if they are sent back within 30 days after delivery.
Returned creations must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Products that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Return by mail using QR code:

Kindly prepare the creations in the original presentation box and ensure they are in perfect condition with all their packaging and accessories. The box must be safely sealed with the security tape provided inside the box.
Head to your nearby FedEx location and present your QR code. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label are complimentary.
Return in a boutique:
